How can a Natural disaster influence a Man Made disaster?
For this question we used the earthquake in Japan as the base of the research. This event started with a natural disaster. On the 11th of march an Earthquake struck with a reading of 9.0 near the shore of Honshu. The earthquake damaged a nuclear plant on the coast 240km north-east of Tokyo. As a result the nuclear plant released gas into the atmosphere causing radiation. There were 4 explosions at the plant and 3 meltdowns.
